HOSSEIN GHANBARI, PH.D.
Dr. Ghanbari is a member of the company's Board of Directors.
He is Chairman, CEO/CSO, and Co-Founder of Panacea Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
He worked at Abbott Laboratories’ world headquarters in Chicago for more than 10 years, where he developed several pharmaceuticals and the first test for Alzheimer’s disease marketed in the world. He served on Abbott’s Technical Advisory Board and was inducted into its Volwiler Society, a prestigious honorary organization that serves as Abbott’s recognition of the highest standards of scientific accomplishment.
Dr. Ghanbari was Co-Founder and Sr. VP of R & D for the Molecular Geriatrics Corporation, a company focused on developing drugs for neurodegenerative diseases. He served as Nymox Pharmaceutical Corporation’s (NASDAQ: NYMX) Director, and Sr. VP of R & D and Strategic Planning for four years.
Dr. Ghanbari holds a M.S. and Ph.D. in Biochemistry.
