Lawrence Glass
Mr. Glass is a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
He is a manager, strategist and scientist with more than 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry.
His core strength is driving and managing growth. He has been highly successful in team-building, coordinating and motivating the efforts of people with diverse backgrounds, performing multiple functions, and has broad experience and a solid record of leadership in applied biomedical research, diagnostics, military medicine, infectious diseases, pharmacogenomics and drug development.
He also has strong resource and financial management skills and understands that this aspect of management is ultimately as much a part of building corporate value as is scientific development.
Previously, Mr. Glass was President and Chief Executive Officer of SRA Life Sciences, a CRO specializing in laboratory testing and drug development, where he provided the vision and leadership for and was the principal architect of SRA’s biomedical business. During his tenure, he sold SRA three times and divested two of its operating divisions. Following the first and second acquisitions, Mr. Glass served as a corporate officer and director of SRA as subsidiary to two publicly traded NYSE companies, and subsequently as a corporate officer of SRA as subsidiary to a Belgian company.
He holds a BA in biology from Antioch College; his graduate training was in epidemiology and biostatistics at the University of Minnesota.
